TECHNICAL REPORT AND ESTIMATE

This time our group will discuss about the destruction of sport center and will be reused.
THE REPORT
1. Floor : The floor is broken, cracked and hollow. The paint of the floor is paled. This
floor is made from wood that is called parquet wood.
2. Ceiling: The condition of ceiling is not suitable, hollow, cracked and the paint is paled
because of rain.
3. Wall : The condition of wall is still good in generally, but there is cracked and peel
paint off. There is not wall paint yet, too.
THE ESTIMATE
1. Floor : Replace the floor which is cracked and hollow by using the parquet wood
floor new in 2.5cmx100cmx100cm size. The price of parquet wood is Rp 240.000,per veneer. Then we have to paint the peel part off by using wood paint. The price it is
Rp 47.000,- per kg.
2. Ceiling: Replace broken ceiling by the new one. The price of ceiling is Rp .
per . Then we hace to paint the ceiling in order to look more beautiful than
before. The price of the paint is Rp 98.000,- per 3,70 liter.
3. Wall : Improve the cracked wall by recementing. The price of cement is Rp 50.000
per sack. Then we have to respackle. The price of spackle of painting (putty) is Rp
53.500,- per 5 kg. And the last done is repaint on the peel paint off side. The price of
the paint is Rp 98.000,- per 5 kg.
