Interpreter: An English speaker . The Promoter shall provide the Artist with a secure and private dressing room at each venue for each performance. 7. The Promoter shall provide a simple facility and seller/volunteer for Artist merchandise. All proceeds from selling merchandise fall to the Artist. 9 twin rooms, 1 double room and 1 single room aus Article 5: Payment 1, The Promoter pays the Total amount of Artist fee, Production fee and Visa fee EUR 11,000) to the Artist, the 30% of the fee (EUR 3,300) as deposit within 10 days after signing the contract and the 70% (EUR 7,700) after the performance within 21 days. 2. The Promoter pays flight shortfall (EUR 3,000) within 14 days after signing the contract. 3. The Promoter, as an organizer, takes the responsibility of preparing for the performance and other services relategio it: planning, advertisement, performance, management, insurance, stage.renting; royalties to be paid, ticketing, etc. All of the admission charges fall to the Promoter. The Promoter can invite sponsors to the performance with pre-approved by Artist. . The Promoter provides the backline to meet the Artist's requirement. . The Promoter provides all the materials for the Artists to apply for visa, . The Presenter is subject to pay the tax according to the international tax law. . The Promoter will provide and pay for professional lighting and sound systems depending on the technical demands of the Artist (as specific in Technical Rider), as well as experienced technical(s) as necessary for use by the Artist for the performances. 8. The Promoter shall guarantee proper security at all times to ensure the safety of the Artist, auxiliary personnel, instruments and all equipment, costumes and personal property during and after the performances. 9. The Promoter guarantee to send the reservations to the Artist for confirmation before issuing and paying in full the flight tickets. Oct, 2015 : The Artist must cooperate with the Promoter for events, interviews, and photographing and actively cooperate with broadcasting companies and the press to advertise their performance. 2. The Artist must provide the Promoter with promotion materials, which are to be used for advertising for free of charge. 3. The Artist must bring along costumes and instruments to perform except the backlines both parties agreed. 4. The Artist shall open to participating in a progress conference, if mutually agreed upon before the event. 5. The Artist takes the responsibility to summit for visa (C4/the temporary working permit/short-term employment permit) at the nearest Korean Embassy. 6. When the Artist performs for other Promoters during the tour the Artist should notify the Promoter. 7. The Artist must pay the personal extra baggage. 8. The Artist takes the responsibility to pay all charges for the flight change caused by Artist after the flight tickets are issued and paid in full by the Promoter. ‘le 8: Actual performance 1, The Promoter provides the stage, Professional devices and backlines for the performance. 2. The promoter agrees to allocate a minimum of 30 min sound check time for the Artist. 1, Recording or shooting for the rehearsal and the performance are not permitted without the two parties’ agreement. 2. The Promoter and the Artist shall discuss and cooperate in shooting and/or recording to publicize the performance or to make an archive only non-profit purpose. Article 10: Loss and Damage of Equipment 1. Any loss or damage to the Artist's equipment once at the site of the engagement(s) is the direct financial responsibility of the Promoter. Promoter shalll also be liable for any extra costs incurred by the Artist caused by any loss or damages to the Artist equipment whilst at the site of the engagement. If the performance is interrupted or cancelled due to a natural disaster or an inevitable incident like an epidemic, a war, a civil war the Presenter and the Artist must discuss together and take a follow-up measure. 2. In the event of cancellation by the Promoter, the Artist shall be discharged from any further liability hereunder and the Artist shall be entitled to retain a minimum of 50% of the contracted guarantee. 3. If the event of cancellation by the Artist after signing the contract, The Promoter remains the right to seek damage from the Artist and the Artist shall pay back all the payment including the deposit and the flight cost provided from the Promoter and the Promoter may ask the Artist compensation. Article 12: Fulfilling the contract and settling a dispute 1. The Promoter and the Artist must faithfully fulfill the articles in this contract. In order to annul the contract, both the Promoter and the Artist must agree with each other. And the party who breaks the contract must take all the civil and criminal responsibility. 2. As for facts not specified in this contract and the interpretation of provisions in this contract, either the related laws and regulations or precedents are applied. Both the Promoter and the Artist can also discijss and decide together. 3. If a lawsuit is filed against the rights-and/or responsibility of this contract, the lawsuit must be filed to the cotrt gf the city:where the Promoter is located. Article 13: Validity of the Contract 1. In order to fulfill the contract, the Promoter and the Artist make two copies of the contract and keep one of them separately. 2. This contract takes effects from the moment the Promoter and the Artist sign it. It is valid until the contract is completely fulfilled, or a civil or criminal case is closed. 3. This contract is written in Korean and English. The contents of the two should be identical. 4. This is a complete and binding agreement between the Promoter and the Artist represented by Dave Flynn and Dave Flynn acts as representer for the Artist and holds limited liability. 5.
