Mimosa (minimum of 50 persons) = PHP 3,500.00 per hour
Daily Double (minimum of 15 persons) = PHP 2,500.00 per hour
NOTE: Rates for the Function Hall Rental (Lotus Garden Hotel) are subject to change as
per the management
INCLUSIONS:
Free use of amenities (microphones, speaker, whiteboard, etc.)
Van Rental: Php 4,000.00 for 8 hours including driver and gasoline
Note: Please provide food for the driver.

IMPORTANT: The amount paid is non-refundable. In case of changes in booking,

upon arrival or during the guests stay, handling fee of PHP 1,000.00 per room will be
charged for booking if requesting for refund.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
To guarantee your reservation, we require FULL PAYMENT of the total amount
services booked on or before option date SEPTEMBER 25, 2015/12:00NN otherwise;
booking is automatically released or cancelled.
