On July 23,2009, at 0056 hours, I, Officer Myrand was dispatched to

1570 Holcomb Bridge Rd (Twisted Taco) in reference to an assault.
Upon arrival, I met with the victims RAGSDALE and GILMAN who were
standing by in the parking lot. RAGSDALE was wearing a white button
down dress shirt that had a great deal of blood all over it.
RAGSDALE's nose was swollen and there was blood running down his face.

the ~ictims what happened and RAGDALE stated that he and his
friend GILMAN were leaving the bar after having a few drinks and
stepped outside to talk to a group of 5 people before leaving. A
female in the group made the comment "Jesus H Christ." RAGDALE then
said to the female please don't use that type of language because he
is religious. At that point a male subject in the group hit RAGSDALE
in the nose causing him to be knocked to the ground and bleed. The
same male subject then struck GILMAN in the nose with his left fist.
The suspect then fled into the parking lot and got into a black Nissan
Sentra displaying Georgia tag BBN0408. The victims were unable to
determine which way the suspect exited the parking lot. Both RAGSDAI.JE
and GILMAN do not know any of the 5 people in the group including the
suspect.

Both RAGSDALE and GILMAN refused medical treatment.

The suspect is a white male approximately 20 to 26 years of age. He
is of average build and approximately 5'10" to 6'1 ". The suspect
was wearing a peach colored button up shirt and white khaki shorts.
No further action taken.
