THE RELATION BETWEEN DIMENSION A QUALITY OF HEALTH SERVICE
WITH PATIENT SATISFACTION IN TIRAWUTU HEALTH CENTER

It is measuring strate of satisfaction of the patients as efforts to improve health
service. Begin from that, so it can knowing how far the dimensions a quality of health
service that was doing, it can be hope of the patients. Based on date at 2012 much
patients who come to the health center is 4.205 patients, at 2013 was increase be
4.341 patients and at 2014 much patients was come in the Tirawutu Health Center
only 3.396 patients. The goal of this study is knowing relation between dimension a
quality of health service with patient satisfaction in Tirawutu Health Center.
The kind of this study is qualtitative study with analytical design and using
cross sectional. The number of population is 1.047 peoples. Sample size was 80
peoples by using simple random sampling technique. The method of analysis using
chi square test.
The result of chi square test got a value that X 2count > X2table (18,433 > 3,841), so
that is relation between proof of phisic dimension with patient satisfaction. The result
of chi square test got a value X 2count > X2table (48,503 > 3,841), so that is relation
between respon dimesion with patient satisfaction. The result of chi square test got a
value X2count > X2table (32,442 > 3,841), so that is relation between believe dimension
with patient satisfaction. The result of chi square test got a value X 2count > X2table (11,203
> 3,841), so that is relation between guarantaee dimension with patient satisfaction.
The result of chi square test got a value X 2count > X2table (68,693 > 3,841), so that is
relation between caring dimension with patient satisfaction.
It is expected to Tirawutu Health Center to improve quality of Nurses in there
by doing education and training Nursing..
