There is a $12.00 membership one-time, NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee that must be submitted
with this form. The fee is distributed as follows: $4.00 National dues, $5.00 State dues, $3.00 local dues.

Preside over chapter meetings
Serve as a member of the Advisory Council
Appoint appropriate committees and committee chairmen,
Perform other duties for the promotion and development of local chapter

Vice President:

1. Preside over chapter meetings in the absence of the president


2. Assist the President in the promotion and development of FBLA
3. Assist in planning chapter activities

Secretary:

1. Keep an accurate record of all chapter meetings


2. Provide at least one copy of the minutes of the previous meeting at each chapter meeting
3. Initiate communication with chapter officers and members to promote quality articles for
the chapters Web Site and or newsletter

Treasurer:

1. Keep an accurate record of all chapter finances throughout the school year
2. Present a financial report to members at chapters meetings.

Parliamentarian:

1. Ensure that all chapter meetings are conducted in an orderly manner in accordance with
FBLA Bylaws and Roberts Rules of Order Newly Revised

Historian:

1. Keep an accurate record of all chapter activities (pictures, newspaper articles, etc.

Report:

1. Provide oral and written communication about chapter activities


2. Promote and inform members and the public about chapter activities

NC. Middle grade chapters, may participate in ALL Chapter/Team Events.
Parent Volunteer/Support: The FBLA is always in need of parents to assist with various activities
including being chaperons, if you are interested in volunteering or supporting us in anyway please send us
