Mount Ijen Crater Trekking - Amazing sunrise of Mount Ijen Trekking is one of Jew els in East
Ja va , Mount Ijen Crater Trekking has attracts travelers from all over the w orld. This trip is
designed for you to enjoy the magnificent sunrise soft trekking up to the Mt Ijen volcano. W e
carry you through coffee and clove plantations around the village of licin and into once of Java's
last forest, rich w ildlife at the park ranger's station to begin trek to Ijen crater, along a shandy
trail w ith spectacular view s. Rest along in the rim of the Ijen volcanic crater lake at an elevation
of 2883 meters. The lake's eerie colors and smoke w afting from bright yellow deposits along the
shore to create a landscape both desolately barren and vibrantly alive. W atch miners descend
into the Ijen crater and re-emerge carrying up to 80 kilos of ore on bamboo baskets along the
treacherous path.
Since National Geographic observed the electric-blue fire from Mountain Ijen crater, tourist comes
increased. The phenomenon has passed for a long time, but beforehand at that place w as no
midnight hiking. A tw o hour climb is required to reach the rim of the Ijen crater, follow ed by a 45
minutes hike dow n to the bank of the Ijen volcanic crater. The blue flame is ignited sulphuric gas,
w hich emerges from cracks w ith temperatures up to 600 degrees Celsius

This is my first rafting

ever and this is really
great and extreme course
to finish all the route take
like 2,5 hours so many
turn and curve and the
last is jump from 4meters
dam wow amazing and
specially to our guide Mr.
Tiger did really great job,
finish by nice set buffet
lunch with all smile around

disappointed. It's true,
ALAM has the longest
rafting route (start early
on the river and continue
going long past all the
other companies). The
tour guides are well versed in English and are fun
and accommodating. My favorite part of the river
was getting out to swim in a little area where you
could do some climbing and jump into the river.
This was near the end and where most other
