Problem 1: Countries that possess nuclear weapons can cause nuclear warfare at any
second.
SOLUTION: To extract nuclear weapons from countries in order to prevent
nuclear warfare.

Problem 3: Nuclear weapons can sever damage to cities and its citizens
SOLUTION: To reduce the damage nuclear weapons have on cities and citizens.
FACT #1: Blast, thermal radiation, and prompt ionizing radiation
cause significant destruction within seconds or minutes of a nuclear detonation.
