Standard Solutions

Precoated TLC sheets of RP-18 silica gel 60 with

fluorescent indicator on aluminium 10 x 10 cm
cut from 20 x 20 cm)

linearly with increasing concentration of the
organic modifier in mobile phase, and could be
described by formula
