    The undersigned spouses are the buyer-owner of that certain residential lot duly
    awarded to SPOUSES ROBERTO CALDERON and QUIRINA A. BAJE, particularly
    described as Lot 8 (57.60 sq.m.), Block 5, Bcs-04-000061, situated in Tatalon Estate
    Urban Bliss Project, Brgy. Tatalon, Quezon City.
    In writing your good office, may we request for the transfer of ownership of that
    particular portion of the above-mentioned property left to us since the one-half portion of
    which was already sold by the undersigned to Sps. RICARDO CALICDAN and JULIET
    P. CALICDAN.
    Trusting this request would merit the kind consideration and prompt action of this
    office.
