The undersigned is one of your constituents residing at 199 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue of this
barangay and this refers to the recent project of MAYNILAD WATER SERVICES, INC. wherein
twenty (20) water meters will be installed in one (1) place only in order to avoid illegal
connections in our area.
In this connection, one MAYNILAD personnel advised me that they are going to put up said
water meters near the premises of our residential house. As the immediate respondent, I feel
that said installation of water meters near my place would greatly affect the cleanliness therein
which may be a great burden on my part. For this reason, I hereby express my refusal for this
undertaking of MAYNILAD WATER SERVICES, INC.

Avenue and this refers to my complaint regarding the electrical wirings directly attached to the
roof of our residential house.
Being the immediate resident I feel the danger, which may arise if those wirings would
continually dwell in our place. For this reason, may I suggest that said hazard be removed from
our roof and/or transferred to a most appropriate area as far as safety and convenience is concern.
Hoping this manifestation would merit your favorable consideration and prompt action.
