Possible to use Analogue inputs in D-slot. Maximum address
for P2.2.19 and P2.2.25 increased to 39.
30 is first analogue input in D-slot and 31 is the second
analogue input in D-slot
Possible to use OPT-B4 board in D-slot. The Exp Iout signals
programmed by P2.3.17 and P2.3.18 will automatically be
addressed to D-slot if OPT-B4 board is installed in the D-slot.

Added selection 18 for digital outputs (P2.3.1-P2.3.11)
