I participated in rehearsals 3-5 days after school for 3-4 hours for two months, which increased to 6
days for 4-6 hours (including Saturdays) the week preceding and of the musical, the Wizard of Oz.

I teach one student for hour once a week.

I have watched one dog and two cats for the length of one week and fed, played with, and walked the

HONORS AND
ACHIEVEMENTS

-I have been a member of National Honors Society at my high school for the past 2 years and am a
part of it this year. The requirements to be a member are to have at least at 3.75 cumulative GPA, have
8 solids, and complete 18 hours of service each year.
-I have maintained a 4.0 GPA since middle school and received honors citizenship each year.
-I got an award for being in the top 90 percentile score wise on the EXPLORE test in 8 th grade, a test
that prepares you to take the ACT.
-I have received 1s, superior markings, at region and state solo ensemble the last 4 years for my
piano solos.
-I received superior markings for my Federation piano pieces last year. Federation is a piano
competition that is held in Utah each year.
-I received the Knight of the Quarter award in 7th grade. This is an award given to 2 girls and 2 boys
in each grade every quarter for exceptional students who have shown great success.
-I have received my Young Women Recognition award, an award that is the equivalent of the Eagle
Scout for young women in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
