Management Communication Exercise

Communication Basics Inventory

Purpose: This inventory is designed to raise your awareness of where you stand on communication basics. Gathering feedback from others is important because most people are often unaware of how they act and the impact on others.
Process: You should assess yourself and gather feedback from 6-12 people from people you have communicated with the most in the last 3-5 years of your life, and interview at least 3 of them (rest could be via email). These people could be from work or your personal
life (including familly).
