5. Cover eyes with gauze to avoid irritation
6. Monitor vital signs

Precautions:
Use cautiously in patients with renal
impairment.

7. Inform patient headache, pharyngitis, or


rhinitis may occur
8. Tell patient to report signs of infection
9. Advise patient to avoid drug exposure to
open wounds, burns, or eyes
10. Monitor patients who have been using
the cream for more than 3 days
