1. People take most of their time when having time for lunch or break time hour. These time
that are being wasted can be used to share ideas how to go about some problems in the
organization.
2. When a long time is taken to come up with a very organized system, a very shorter time
will be taken to scoop the profit it is therefore beneficial to use management system as it
results to maximized return at a shorter period.
3. The pros of being a procrastinator and perfectionist is that assigned task is performed
perfectly and the main con is the fact that a task can be pushed over and over, which may
end up wasting time.
4. Through career test, people are able to know their potential and improve on the areas they
do not do well. Career test is therefore, very important to employees.
5. As a professional employee and a patriotic citizen, it would be so encouraging to work so
hard to beat the foreign rival. It will feel uneasy fighting a domestic firm when working
for a foreign firm but professionally one has to maintain the productivity.
6. Apparel and grooming is very vital in career success as it forms the outward picture of a
person. Organizations have very strict culture on specific apparel to be used and way of
behavior and without such would mean leaving the company or listed as irresponsible
employee.
7. It is not in order for female employees to show cleavage when on official duty. Sexual
appeals are always distractive and may result to irresponsible behaviors in the firm. This

is because cleavage and neckline are just but seductive behaviors and are not good in an
office.
8. Even though some people behave ethically at work, there are those who are never ethical
and usually lie, cheat, and even steal from the organization directly or indirectly.
9. Attribution of blame is commonly used to justify most ethical behaviors that are
registered in the organizations and in most cases; people succeed in using this method.
