TIRAMISU RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
500 g

mascarpone

6
fresh eggs (preferably freerange
or organic)
100g sugar
400g ladyfingers
sweetened coffee
unsweetened cocoa
powder

METHOD
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar, in another bowl work the mascarpone with the
electric mixer.
Add the compound of sugar and yolks to the mascarpone. Whip the egg whites until
stiff and incorporate them to the compound. Mix it all until you get a frothy compound.
Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in a rectangular pan or baking dish.
Add one
mascarpone-cream layer and cocoa. Now follow this method for another 3-4 layers.
Finally, cover with mascarpone- cream and generous sprinkling of cocoa.
put in the fridge at least two hours before serving.
