A couple of guys make a rocket to travel to the moon

and find themselves in big trouble when they come
across some aliens on the moon ; who dont seem to be
the friendliest of people and it ends showing their scape
from the moon and back to earth where they are
welcomed with open arms .

The actors move more than the camera because back in
those days the technology wasnt as advanced which
means the cameras werent as portable as they are
today . The cameras were much bigger and would most
likely stand on tripods .

Back in the old days people would make movies to
educate their audience and this film has the same
purpose , however George Melies made this movie with
the purpose of also of entertaining people as `trip to the
moon` is the first ever science fiction movie ever to be

walking and it didnt have any meaning to it .on the
other hand Lumiere brothers told a fictional story which
