FAMOUS LANDMARKS

Fort Charlotte : Fort Charlotte was built in

1789 by Lord Dunmore to protect the
Western Entrance of the Harbour. It was
named after the wife of
King George III. However, this fort has never
fired a shot in
battle. Some of it's features include a waterless moat,
drawbridge, ramparts, dungeons and an array
of cannons.

people.
