    CHARECTERISTICS OF TRANSISTORS AND TRANSISTOR AS AN AMPLIFIER

    AIM To find out the characteristic of given transistor

    Apparatus required:
    training kit

    Multi meter (AVO meter), transistor, transistor characteristics

    Procedure
    Connect the given transistor as per given circuit drawing to the training kit
    Keeping collector voltage constant slowly increase base voltage
    Take different readings for diffident collector voltage
    Record parameters and plot the graph
    Repeat the exercise for different configurations
    Study the amplification characteristics of transistor
    Study and analyze the graph
