Educational philosophy

I believe that students is a part of the classroom

environment and society. Which give them the right to share
their emotions, thought, ideas and even secrets to develop
their learning process and high their understanding level.

Teachers role is to observe and guide the pupils

perception . specially outside the classroom. Where is really
shown the relationship between the teacher and the
students. Learners start to build the trust between them and
the teacher outside the class environments where is the
teacher no more teacher. Most of the students over their
subjects issues because of the good relationship between
them and the teacher which really affect their learning
process.

Its more important as a teacher to fully understand that

dealing with the learner is not a business or working with the
give and take principle. It is more humanity relationship that
present the respect , equal and secure. For example, the
teacher have to follow the college or school rules. But with
the life surprises, may one of the students fall in trouble. At
this satiation, the teacher have to show their trust and
believe the students excuse. That because the education
built on trust between the learners and teachers.

For my educational believes, to be a teacher is like to build a

house for youre family. You have to deal with the

environment that family will live in. And to listen to the

familys requests to know what will make this environment
better for them.
