IN WISTAR RATS AND ALBINO MICE

Description :

My project deals with the Study of was The drug was formulated in the form
of a Embedded Matrix which will float into find out the Anti Obesity activity
of Andrographis Lineata on high fat diet induced obesity in rats and also
progesterone induced obesity in mice.

To carry out the phytochemical screening of plant extract of Andrographis

lineata.

To compare the influence of orlistat(5mg/kg) & Andrographis lineata on

cholesterol,triglycerides and glucose levels with normal saline .
