    remove the grinding damage. The test Package number is B90-R-528.
    If not noticed, this pipe portion was made so thin, that will give danger
    during testing and operation. This violates SAES-W-011 para.18.6 which
    stated Damage or deformation to the base metal or welds including
    dimensional changes, caused by external forces (intentional or
    accidental) requires special repair and inspection procedures to be
    submitted to Saudi Aramco Inspection and if necessary forwarded to CSD
    for review and approval prior to undertaking the repairs. Also Sched.Q
    para.7.5.7.
