To be able to capture footage at several different angles in order for him to


get the best looking film possible also Griffiths wanted to use new
techniques such as camera angles and shots he had invented to present
them to the world of film,

The story has been portrayed in a way that is bias therefore they have
produced the film to make the KKK look good and not racist towards blacks
they have also portrayed black people as evil and bad they did this by
producing the film and for e.g making a black man chase a young white
woman

He has created a long film using many different techniques and shots which he
invented himself by doing so he has presented new ways of film and also new
ways of showing a story he has moved storytelling to a new level in film by using
different angles shots and techniques

The camera work displayed in A Birth of a nation is noticeable in practically all
films released today from serious depictions of history from films such as fury
and saving private ryan to more thought provoking sci-fi psychological films such
as under the skin and moon
