Invite You to Come and Celebrate Earth Day by Planting Trees and Restoring Wetlands.

• Learn about Carson Valley Children’s Aid’s Green Initiative, Morris Arboretum, and Sustainable Springfield

• Learn why during storms many areas in our Township flood.


By planting saplings in the right areas and restoring wetlands
YOU will be able to help reduce flooding. This will be
a hands-on-learning opportunity for all ages.

• Learn about the Importance of Trees from


Morris Arboretum’s Urban Forester,
Jason Lubar.

• Enjoy activities for all ages,


Including a seed planting
activity.
