WORK HISTORY:
CAPTION CALL; SLC, UT 2012-Present
Communication Assistant
As a communication assistant I caption live phone calls for hard of
hearing clients. My position required time management and focus. I am
required to remain on calls for a certain percentage of my day and while on calls
I needed to be attentive to ensure that the message is rendered in the most
accurate way possible. I am also required to maintain my accuracy levels above
96% for test calls and be able to type above 40 WPM. I maintain all
requirements efficiently.

CINEMARK USA; Bountiful, UT 2009-2012

USHER/ CONCESSIONIST/ BOX OFFICE
My main duties always included customer service. I also received special
training in sales while working as a concessionist. Time management was
important when keeping the movie schedule. While I was never given the title of
manager I frequently was given leadership roles, and was often requested to
train new employees on company procedures. I was required to be
knowledgeable in my companys policies. I dealt directly with money and credit
cards, for this reason, accuracy, and honesty were expected.
