    What were the difficulties that they encountered to be able to achieve the success
    status that they are enjoying right now?

    In the real world, you cannot find the black and white answers from a book.
    Oftentimes you are put in close call situations where you exercise judgement.
    There are no midterms or finals that are set by institutions. Tests come and go
    without any regularity.

    How do they use their imbibed Thomasian core values in their current field of expertise?

    Competence, Compassion and commitment, Even after years of working the industry they are
    involved they always live by these set of core values.

    What can you advise to the younger Thomasians who are starting to build their careers?
    - You face difficulties such as those cited above not only through individual academic excellence
    but more through character, relationships, teamwork, finding opportunities, taking risks and hard
    work, These attributes your foundation for success, something you should nurture as a Thomasian

    What were the difficulties that they encountered to be able to achieve the success status that they
    are enjoying right now?
    - Everything we do comes with a price, Real life is cruel, and thats the sad truth. However, in every
    plot in a story there is a conflict. Without conflict the story of our life will be plotless. What
    matters is what we do against these conflicts in life.

    How do they use their imbibed Thomasian core values in their current field of expertise?
    - Competence, Compassion and commitment, Even after years of working the industry they are
    involved they always live by these set of core values.
    What can you advise to the younger Thomasians who are starting to build their careers?
    - Work Hard. Choose and do whichever you think is the best choice in life.
