Narrative

Patrol observed the defendants vehicle to have sustained recent

heavy damage indicative of being involved in a motor vehicle
accident. When the Patrol attempted to initiate a traffic stop on
the vehicle the defendant failed to comply and pull the vehicle
over. After traveling approximately two miles the defendant
stopped the vehicle. The defendant was found to be intoxicated
and to have a revoked driver license. Defendant was processed
at Potsdam PD where a breath test revealed him to have a BAC
of .19%
