Dear Jean,
It has been brought to my attention that you are a strong investor in local businesses. I have
been told of several businesses that got their start with your backing. At present, I am the owner
and operator of <Bienvenue>. The demand for accommodations has become much more than I
expected, and I would like to expand my business.
The hotel I would like to construct in the metro area would have similar accommodations as the
