    October 6, 2015
    Overland Park Police Investigating Armed Robbery at Check Into Cash
    At 11:57 a.m., this morning, Overland Park officers responded to the report of an armed robbery
    at the Check Into Cash business, located at 11044 Quivira Rd.
    Store employees said a man came into the store, displayed a handgun and demanded cash from
    the registers. The employees complied with the request and the suspect left through the rear door
    of the business with an undisclosed amount of money.
    None one inside the store was injured.
    The suspect is described as a black male, 20 to 30 years of age, 511 to 61 tall, with a large build.
    He was wearing all black clothing, including a dark colored ski mask and gloves.
    Anyone with information about this robbery is asked to call the TIPS HOTLINE at 816-474TIPS.
