ANTIQUE AND HISTORICAL EXHIBITORS SAFETY RULES, REGULATIONS AND
INFORMATION All operators of motor vehicles, including tractors, must have a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years of age. This requirement covers parades and all parts of the IPM site. 1. Alcoholic beverages on the Antiques and History Tents and Site are strictly forbidden. 2. Working equipment must at all times be attended. Display areas must have a defined perimeter and be tidy. 3. No exhibits are to be moved without permission of the IPM Antiques Committee. 4. Working displays must display a show time schedule. 5. Exhibitor description signage will be provided. 6. Security will be provided from 6:00pm Friday September 19th to 6:00pm Sunday September 27th. 7. Neither the Ontario Plowmens Association, nor the 2015 International Plowing Match can be held responsible for theft, damage or accidents. 8. The 2015 IPM Inc. and the OPA reserves the right to take action against any exhibitor not following the rules. 9. No merchandising of any kind is allowed on the grounds of the Antiques and History display area without the expressed written consent of the Ontario Plowmens Association or 2015 International Plowing Match. 10. All applications to display in the Antiques and History area will be subject to a selection process. Approval notice will be issued by the Ontario Plowmens Association or the 2015 International Plowing Match. 11. Selection preferences will be given to: a. Unique antiques. b. Antiques with a strong connection to SD&G and/or to the development of agriculture in Ontario. 12. Please note the following: a. The deadline for registering is Friday August 21, 2015. b. Exhibits must be on site by 4:00pm Monday September 21, 2015 and remain on site for the duration of the IPM. c. Exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements for the transportation of their exhibits. d. Exhibitors must provide proof of $2,000,000 in liability insurance to complete registration as exhibitors. e. Steam boilers must be licensed and certified. f. No exhibitors vehicles are allowed on the show grounds during public hours: 8:00am 5:00pm. g. No pets are allowed on the IPM grounds. h. All exhibitors with working displays must have a fire extinguisher and first aid kit. 13. Exhibitors will be provided with passes on the following basis: a. Static display (non-working) 1 pass in total per exhibitor b. Small working exhibits 1 pass only per day per exhibitor c. Large working exhibits 1 pass per day per operator
