Setelah proses pendaftaran selesai, beberapa kursus perlu diikuti bagi mendapatkan lesen.
Kursus-kursus tersebut ialah:

Dalam kursus 5 jam ( KPP ), seseorang perlu berpakaian kemas seperti memakai
baju berkolar, berseluar panjang bagi lelaki, bagi perempuan mestilah berpakaian kemas
dan mesti berkasut setiap kali menghadiri kursus / kelas memandu. Setelah tamat, sijil
kursus akan diserahkan dan sijil berkenaan sah laku cuma dalam tempoh satu tahun.
Sekiranya seseorang itu gagal, dia perlu menduduki semula sehingga lulus.

Development and the rapid development of the country have a huge impact on
people in various aspects. One significant aspect is the increase in land transport,
particularly the use of motor vehicles such as cars, trucks, motorcycles and the like. The
use of these vehicles requires the user have a valid driving license law. To obtain these
licenses, the user must undergo the procedure or test. With the use of the license, this
means that only users who have a license can operate the vehicle on the road. However,
the step to be taken to obtained the license.
According to the driving institute Surfine Hi Tech 2010 a person who wants a
license, he must ensure that reached the qualifying age limit for taking a license. For
motorcycle license age limit is 16 years while for car license 17 is the year. Both must be
completed by date of birth or birthday.
If the eligible age limit, he must register with a valid driving school to obtain a
license. During the registration process required several documents such as a copy of
identity card, two photographs and a deposit. After the registration process is complete,
some courses should be followed to obtain a license. The courses are:
i. Course 5 hours KPP (Driver Education course)
ii. Computerized legal test (must be passed before the next course)
iii. PRE-L tests (theory 3 hours, laboratory 3 hours
iv. Pre-Qualification Test or Q.T.I
v. Practical test of the Road Transport Department
In the course of 5 hours (KPP), a person should dress appropriately by wearing
collared shirts, long pants for men, for women must dress appropriately and must be shod
every time attending courses / driving class. Upon completion, the certificate courses will
be delivered and that the certificate is valid only within one year.
After 2 days expire attend PAC, one is allowed to sit for computerized legal test in
driving school center. In this test, the passing mark is 42/50. A person must pass to
qualify to sit for PRA class L. If a person fails, he should sit back until they pass.
Normally, to repeat, a surcharge fee of RM50.00 to sit again. If a person passed the
certification decision will be given and is valid one year as well.
After passing the test data, one must attend L PRE course of theoretical and
practical work for 3 hours for 3 hours. After completing this course, a person will be able
to license L for about a week to attend this course. After getting the license L, a person is
entitled to learn in practical driving the car or motorcycle. For L motorcycle license, a
person can drive on the road alone by attaching an "L" in the motorcycle vehicle. For L
license for car, one can learn to drive from instructors with teaching certificates only.
Driving training is usually 8 or 10 hours of use. To learn to drive a motorcycle, one must
learn to round 8, bridge, barrier cones, emergency brake, and roads. Everything is done in
a circuit provided by the Institute of motorcycle driving. While for a car license, the
person must learn to climb the hill, "side parking", 3 sides, and roads. Everything is
taught in the circuit except the road taught in the actual road.
Furthermore, PRA or QTI test will be conducted to test a person really can drive
well or badly. If we fail in this test, the instructor or examiner will recommend a person
to learn it again before testing again. If they pass this test, practical test date to the Road
Transport Department can be booked.
In the practical test RTD, one will be tested by the RTD. There are two parts of
the circuit and the actual road. A person must pass both to allow for a license P. If you
failed one will be required to collect a fee. After passing the test RTD, some details of
documents to be submitted to the driving school to obtain a driving license "P". Here are
the details of the required documents.
i. A photograph of the license owner.
ii. 1 slices of photocopies of MyKad or identity card.
iii. A license copies of L
iv. License feed.
Once a license is P, one can lawfully drive vehicles on the road with the class of
license. B2 for motorcycles, while D to car. By use of this license, one must follow the
rules of the existing road.
