This artifact is a confirmation email from Heartland AEA informing me that I am registered for Mentoring Year 2
Instruction for All Students. This is a required class from Bondurant School District that 2 nd year teaching must
successfully complete. By attending and successfully completing the required task, I am adhering to board policies,
district procedures, and contractual obligations.

Reflection on artifact (what went right, what went wrong, how to make better)
This artifact displays my commitment to enhancing my teaching career and to Bondurant School District. The school
district offers and required trainings, obligations, and procedures that teacher must learn and follow. This confirmation
email displays that I am currently enrolled in my required class and going to attend the specific dates listed for when the
class meets throughout the year. I am going to continue to adhere to board policies, district procedures, and contractual
obligations to help improve my teaching skills and successfully participate in following the guidelines for the district.
