The goal I am striving for is to work in a field that utilises my strengths and to be
able to use my creativity and IT skills in a professional environment. I am an
empathetic person that is able to work in a team without causing conflict, however
I am also able to provide constructive criticism and adhere to a specific vision when
working on a project. In past projects I have been able to effectively divide
workloads to suit each individual's strengths, including my own.

As part of a work placement program I went to former Cardiff Bay animation studio,
Dinamo productions (once during GCSE studies and again during A-Level studies).
While there, I was immersed in a professional environment and was given various
design tasks independent from the films the studio was working on. I familiarised
myself with their hardware and animation software, as well as the daily commute.
