    Several issues were found with switchgear panels during a functional test at the Hilton Project site: 1) The cable compartment doors did not function properly for five panels including incomer feeders 1 and 2 and outgoing feeders 7, 8, and 14. 2) The cable shutter bolt was broken for panel H12, outgoing feeder 7 and needed replacement. 3) The plunger was stuck for panel H1, outgoing feeder 1. The report identifies the panels with issues and requests corrective action to address the non-conformances.

    Functional Test Issue


    IN: Hilton Project
    MV Switchgears (ZS1).
    We have three issues on some panels:
    1) The cable compartment doors are not functional properly for some panels which
    are:
    H6: incomer feeder 1
    H10: incomer feeder 2
    H12: outgoing feeder 7
    H13: outgoing feeder 8
    H14: outgoing feeder 14
    2) The Cable Shutter bolt for panel H12, outgoing Feeder 7, is broken. It needs to be
    replaced.
    3) We have a stuck plunger for panel H1, outgoing feeder 1.
