Introduction
Stress Management helps in managing the
stress of everyday life and reduces the
impact of stressors at the workplace. Stress
results in symptoms which vary in severity
according to people and situations. These
include decline in physical health, increased
levels of depression which could also induce
body-mind disorders such as dizzy spells,
anxiety attacks and may also affect our
immune,

During interviews students feel nervous,
they start biting their nails, they press their
fingers hard against their palms etc.
Students feel that they have a very little or
no time to learn about personality
development. This is because most of the
time is devoted for the Institutions
prescribed syllabus.
