(a) The answer to this question requires defining efficiency and effectiveness, and
illustrating these definitions with two sets of examples, one from your work life and the
other from your personal life. It also requires discussing the importance of the concepts
of effectiveness and efficiency for a manager.
The answer for second part of the question cited two examples. It did not fulfill the
requirements suggested in the previous feedback. Two sets of examples means four
different examples or four different situations. As per the work life example, the
efficiency and effectiveness of a laptop is not showing your efficiency or effectiveness.
This part of the answer is not satisfactory.
With respect to the third part of the question, the answer added some additional
information but did not hit the right points. The summary is elaborated without any
additional points. The answer could have included the consequences of not being efficient
and effective for better scoring.
(b) The answer to this question requires illustrating how you have learned and demonstrated
effectiveness in your organizational role.
The answer for this part of the question explained briefly that effectiveness can be
learned. However, the information and the example cited stress on your students learning
what you teach. The answer could not justify the question which specifically asks to
demonstrate how you have learnt to be effective in your work and not teaching your
students to love learning.
The answer could emphasize how you have learnt to be effective than teaching students
to be effective. This answer needs to be resubmitted as the example cited is not
satisfactory.
