    This document provides instructions for making a Celtic knot trinket box, including a bill of materials and cutting diagrams. The box walls are cut from a single 1-inch thick blank and then sanded so the interior wall fits smoothly inside the exterior wall.     Top
    1/4 Thick

    Box walls cut from one blank


    1 inch thick. After you cut and
    separate the walls sand the interior
    wall until it ts smoothly inside the
    exterior wall.

    Bottom 1/4 Thick.


    Glue the interior wall centered
    to this piece.

    1/8 Thick.
    Glue to the bottom of the lid.
    Make sure its centered on the
    lid so the lid will sit on the bottom
    without interference.
