**Sub strands: The sub strand number matches the standard number except in the number 3 strand, Reading, Foundational Literacy strand where it is a "0." (For example instead of
being 4.1.2.2, this strand looks like 4.3.0.2 This is because there is no Reading, Foundational Literacy strand for grades 6-12.
