Working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities .
Key Requirements
Must have 3 or more years experience in custodial or environmental science
operations.
Management positions must have at least 1 year of previous management
experience supervising at least 10 people in a janitorial setting. Bachelors
Degree or High School Diploma required.
Must have working knowledge of all aspects of general cleaning, including floor
care, VTC tile and carpet.
Knowledge of stripping and waxing all types of floors. Burnish with high/low
speed machine.
Must be able to use good judgment in resolving Consumer or Site Supervisor
and Building Managers or emergencies
Must be able to work Holidays and weekends. Variety of shifts available. Please
specify availability in your resume/cover letter.
Must have excellent customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Background check required.
