The new new EU program for Education, Training, Youth and Sports entitled:
Erasmus+ which aims to boost skills and employability, as well as modernizing
Education, Training, and Youth work. The seven year program (for 2014-2020) will
have a budget of 14.7 billion; a 40% increase compared to current spending
levels, reflecting the EU's commitment to investing in these areas.
Erasmus+ will support transnational partnerships and will offer more opportunities
for cooperation across these areas and will be easier to access than its
predecessors, with simplified funding rules.
Erasmus+ is structured over the following 3 Key Actions in addition to some specific
Jean Monnet activities.
Lebanese Higher Education Institutions and stakeholders will benefit from many
opportunities for international cooperation provided as follows under each of these
3 Key Actions:

Deadline for Jean Monnet projects: 26 February 2015
