SUMMARY:

Proficient in the operation of various types of dish machinery, cutlery, as well as proper cleaning procedures
mandated by order of the NJ and CO. Dept.’s of Health. Dish Machine Operator with more than eight years of
experience in restaurant and hotel services. Administered the proper operation of all machinery, chemical
dispensation to dish machine prior to usage, checked water temperature level, and cleaned all machine filtration
systems. Collected, washed and distributed all restaurant/hotel kitchen utensils and returned them to their
proper locations. Supervised food rotations, cleaning and all phases of preparation.

all required food items to specifications. Implemented all phases of kitchen duties such as, stock, rotation,
