& goddesses.

& Jewish leaders. He was later
arrested, placed on trial &
crucified. His disciples (followers)
carried on the teachings of Jesus.

divide between rich & poor
2.Political: empire too large for one emperor to
control
3.Military: weak, less disciplined and not loyal
4.Social: lost confidence in empire, more
interested in personal gain than public Services
