ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Initially I would like to express thanks to staffs & industrial employees & to all those who are
involved in my summer training of four week duration from 1th July to 30 th July 2015. I have
gained a lot of experience, deep knowledge about organization. I also thanks to top level
management to provide me this opportunity to study the organization atmosphere and working
culture inside the factory. It is one of the peak opportunities for me to join the F.G.F. KANPUR
which is established under the Ordinance Factory Board (under the MINISTRY OF
DEFENCE). It is an ISO-9001-2000 certified & leading unit of Defence production.
I am thankful to all the people who helped me in preparation of my summer training report and
also thanks to the people who took my words and gave moral support, they are all respected
members of F.G.F. Kanpur. I am thankful to Mr. RAKESH KUMAR GENERAL MANAGER
and Mr. SANJEEV KUMAR Additional General Manager, who helped me to provide the
opportunity to gain the experience. I would like to thanks Mr. ANAND KUMAR,
H.O.S/Electronics. I would like to thanks summer training course guide without whose help and
cooperation the completion of this summer training was not possible. He answers my queries &
resolved any issues that come up. He did a great job for me.
I am also thankful to Mr. DHANANJAY KUMAR J.W.M./ E.M. who helped me lot.
At last I would like to thanks to my friends and all the people who were directly or indirectly
concerned with this summer training and provided a helping hand whenever needed.
