Basic Oxygen Fumace followed by Vacuum Degassing (BOF VD) or Argon Oxygen Decarburization (BOFAOD) B, Electric Furnace (EF) or Electric Furnace followed by Vacuum Degassing (EFVD) or Argon Oxygen Decarburization (EFAOD), ©. Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), D. Any of the above followed by Electrostag Remelting (ESR) or Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR), 22 Heat Treatment Procedure ‘Any heat treatment prior to the sequence specified in this document shall be disregarded. The times and, temperatures specified below are those of the actual parts and QTC. Approved methods for verifying compliance of time, equipment, and temperature are presented in MS-003400-01.
