TENDER NOTICE FOR INSTALLATION OF DRS LINKS, TOWER

ERECTION, DRS ROOMS CONSTRUCTION, SUPPLY AND

INSTALLATION OF POWER EQUIPMENT, RELOCATION OF OFC
WORK AT MEKRAN DIVISION.

Sealed tenders are invited from the experience vendors for the supply and
installation of communication media in Makran Division in the following
categories. Vendors can participate in all below mentioned specified work
or against any specific work.

Transportation and Erection of Guy Mast Tower

Installation of DRS Links
RCC Construction of DRS Rooms
Supply and Installation of Power Equipment at DRS sites
Relocation and Rehabilitation of OFC network

a.

The tender documents can be obtained from the office of Manager

Switching Room No.123 Telephone House, Mir Jaffar Khan Jamali Road
Quetta, on payment of Rs. 2000/= non-refundable through cash/bank draft
in favor of PTCL up to 8-10-2015.

b.

Bids have to be submitted to the Manager Switching Room No. 123

Telephone House Mir Jaffar Khan Jamali Road Quetta on 9-10-2015 at 14:00
hours along with 2% bid security of total amount in manner and mode
prescribed in the tender document in shape of bank draft in favor Senior
Manager Finance PTCL QTR Quetta.

c.

Tender/bids received after dead line shall returned un-opened.

d.

PTCL may reject all the bids/proposal at any time prior to the acceptance
of bid or proposal. Receive bids may be negotiate as per scope of project.

e.

All correspondence on the subject matter may be endorsed to the

undersigned.
