participate in a community health improvement planning meeting.

Meetings will be held on two dates at two locations.
You may choose to attend either meeting:

Rooms A and B
Brillion, WI

A free dinner will be provided to all participants.

These meetings will bring together community members and leaders

interested in improving the health of Calumet County. Attend a meeting to
help identify community health priorities and to enhance action plans to
make a positive impact on the health status of the county.
