Supervised 44 to 48 residents living on the floor and promoted community. Referred students and residents to
campus resources. Resolved conflicts and issues amongst students. Planned and facilitated hall events. Maintained
a welcoming living environment and relationships between staff members. Helped open the first new residence
hall built on the University of Kentuckys campus by EdR.
