Dear Parents, Guardians, and Supportive Adults,

Our team will have a Fall Fun Hoot Club and costume parade on Friday,
October 30. The school-wide parade will be from 9:30-9:50 and the Fall Fun
Hoot Club will be from 11:00-12:15. In order to make our activities more
successful, we are asking families to kindly donate the item checked below.
Due to the HCPSS Food Policy, we are only asking for healthy snacks. NO
candy please! Complete the form below and return the bottom portion of
this letter to your childs homeroom teacher by Monday, October 26. Thank
you!
Your child may bring a costume to school to dress in for the parade, but
please remember scary or gory costumes are not appropriate and pretend
weapons are prohibited. Children should not wear their costumes to school in
the morning. Please put the costume in a bag labeled with your childs name.
Students will have an opportunity to change into their costumes prior to the
Fall Fun parade. Families are invited to come and watch the parade in the bus
loop from 9:30 to 9:50 a.m.
If your child cannot participate in the Fall Fun costume parade, please
complete the form on the bottom of this letter and return to school by
Monday, October 26. The Fall Fun Hoot Club in the afternoon will be fallthemed and students will not be wearing costumes. Appropriate activities
will be offered to your child during the parade. Students MUST have a
permission slip signed to go to the alternative activities. Thank you for your
support!
