Project Manager Position

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our project to be based in Jakarta
working on multi unit high rise construction projects.
As a single point of contact to the client you will be responsible for project budgeting, cost
control, scheduling, and quality control and delivery for the projects.
This role will work in cooperation with other team members and the operations manager and
Site superintendents.
Projects will be over $30million in value so will require experience managing projects above
this figure. You must also have experience in construction projects over 15 storeys high.
For this position you must be based in Canada currently and have 10 years experience in
multi unit high rise construction projects with a minimum of 5 years project management
experience. At least 3 project completed from start to finish.
You will need to have experience in project managing construction projects for construction
contractors and be well versed in maintaining and developing relationships with clients,
developers, consultants, and trade partners.
